A family-owned Tex-Mex tradition in downtown Gainesville, Texas since 1998.
For more than 25 years, our family has served downtown Gainesville the Tex-Mex we grew up on. What started as a small dream in 1998 has grown into a local tradition — but the heart of it has never changed: recipes passed down through the family, queso and guacamole made fresh every morning, and a warm, welcoming dining room where regulars feel like family.
Our fajitas come out sizzling and fork-tender. Our salsa — the one folks call the best in town — is made from scratch. And whether you’re here for a weekday lunch, a Friday-night dinner, or a weekend gathering with the whole family, we cook every plate like we’re cooking for our own.
